PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residence with garage capable of ensuring functionality as a garage and sufficiently building a sense of unity between a dwelling space and a parking space.SOLUTION: A garage is integrally constructed in a dwelling space and a shutter apparatus is installed as a shielding device at a doorway of the garage in a residence with garage. A storage device for the shutter apparatus is disposed on an undersurface of the garage and a blind ceiling that covers at least the storage device is installed on the undersurface of the garage. The storage device of the shutter apparatus has a rail member along the ceiling undersurface of the garage and moves multiple shutter panels along the rail member to store the shutter panels between the ceiling undersurface of the garage and the blind ceiling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
