<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service while restraining service charge in a service provision system to a resident in a collective dwelling house. <P>SOLUTION: When one service provider offers service over a plurality of collective dwelling houses, this service provision system to a resident in the collective dwelling house is used for providing service by receiving a request from the resident who lives in the collective dwelling house by the operator of the side of the service provider. A service provider side server 110 installed in the service provider 1001 side can communicate with terminal devices 210 which are installed in a plurality of the collective dwelling houses 1002-1, from 1002-2 to 1002-n side, respectively, through the Internet 1003.
