PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-melting fluorine resin powdered paint that forms a coating film having an uneven surface by single coating and firing.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a heat-melting fluorine resin powdered paint that comprises a powder particle in which a primary particle dispersion liquid of heat-melting fluorine resin is aggregated for thermal fusion at a temperature equal to or higher than its melting initiation temperature and lower than its melting point, where the powder particles have an average particle diameter of 1-100 μm and their specific surfaces in the range of 8-25 m/g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
