The present invention addresses the problem of efficiently transmitting data via D2D to a plurality of remote UEs. This communication terminal is provided with: a setting unit that sets layer-2 destination information such that specifying information included in the layer-2 destination information individually specifies a plurality of terminals that are to carry out D2D communication; and an allocating unit that allocates the specifying information to a subframe control channel that is different for each of the plurality of terminals within one scheduling period, and that allocates transmission data, which is transmitted to each of the plurality of terminals, to a subframe data channel that is different for each of the plurality of terminals within said one scheduling period.
