<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a workpiece to be fed effectively and stably by aligning the workpiece accurately to a transparent hole of a carrier. SOLUTION: Position offset between the workpiece 11 and the transparent 14a of the carrier 14 is detected with a position detecting mechanism section. The position offset is compensated with a loading device when the workpiece 11 is set to the transparent hole 14a of the carrier 14. The position detecting mechanism section includes a lighting source section 110 which lights up the workpiece and the carrier with polarized light and is located on a side of the workpiece 11 and the carrier 14, cameras 112a and 112b which are located on the other side of the workpiece and the carrier in order to receive the light from the light source section 110 with the polarized direction selected and to catch outer peripheral of the workpiece and inner peripheral of the transparent hole into the field of vision, and an image processing device 118 which detects the position offset between the workpiece and the transparent hole of the carrier referring to the outer peripheral position of the workpiece 11 and the inner peripheral position of the transparent hole 14a in the field.</p> |
