PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil plate with a fixing part for a sheet article which enables the sheet article that is colored with a stencil to be inserted into and fixed to and is not mistaken for a cutout part by a user. SOLUTION: Streak-like cuts 3 which have one-dimensional appearance different from those of the cutout parts 2 and allow ink to hardly pass therethrough are formed in the stencil plate 1 with the cutout parts 2 which expose the sheet article 10 when superposed upon the surface of the sheet article 10.
