A road delineator is provided to indicate the boundary of a road to a driver at night to supply information on a bend of a road, and to minimize the number of LEDs and to let drivers recognize the location of a traffic lane with sufficient luminosity. A road delineator comprises a power generator unit(10) generating electricity using the sun, an electric condenser unit(30) storing electric power generated by the power generator unit, an illuminant unit emitting and producing light using electric power of the electric condenser unit, a circuit unit(20) cutting off or supplying the electric power supplied to the illuminant unit according to circumstances, a connector unit connecting the power generator unit, the electric condenser unit, the illuminant unit and the circuit unit and moving electric power, and one or more reflector units installed to use the light emitted from the illuminant unit more effectively, wherein a transparent tube type fixture unit(80) is installed to the center of the delineator and one or more LEDs are installed to the fixture unit vertically.
