MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FOAMED ELASTIC ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a homogeneous foamed elastic roller in an extremely simple manner.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the foamed elastic roller constituted by forming a foamed elastic on the outer periphery of a core metal includes a process for injecting a foamable elastic forming material in a precasting container through the inclined surface part provided to the upper part of the precasting container for to decline toward the inside of the precasting container, a process fitting the precasting container to the body part of a roller mold having a roller-shaped cavity to connect the same to the body part of the roller mold and a process for foaming the foamed elastic forming material in the mold through the inside of the precasting container.
