A dried milk powder and powder dispenser is provided, which enables to scoop the dried milk powder of the exact amount from the portable case or the nursing bottle not using hands or spoon. A dried milk powder and powder dispenser comprises: a milk container(7) which contains and keeps the dried milk powder; a dispenser main body which discharges the dried milk powder as the capacity of the metric dried milk powder cup(20) mounted inside and charges a certain amount of the dried milk powder by putting the dried milk powder of the milk container in the metric dried milk powder cup; and a portable case(30).
