Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device includes: a thin film transistor formed in a display region of a display substrate and including a semiconductor active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; an organic light emitting device formed in the display region of the display substrate and including a first electrode, a middle layer, and a second electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor; a power line formed in a non-display region extended to the outer side of the display region of the display substrate and forming an electrode contact by being electrically connected to the second electrode; and multiple insulation films formed between the thin film transistor, the organic light emitting device, and the power and insulating the same. In one of the insulation films, multiple contact holes are formed. A part of the power line is exposed through one of the multiple contact holes. A line electrode electrically connecting the second electrode and the power line is formed on an outer surface of the insulation film on which the contact holes are formed to be separated. |
