摘要 This invention relates to a improved way of building residential and commercial buildings. The main idea is a new way to attach Styrofoam to a solid cement wall. The energy efficiency of this building system maybe one of the best availabl e. Three inches of Styrofoam blue SM is on the outside (exterior) of the concrete wal l. The thermal mass on the inside is maximized by the cement not being covered by insulation. The Styrofoam is placed inside regular cement forms before pouring. Plastic inserts hold the Styrofoam to the cement after curing. Rebar is placed vertically and horizontally forming 18" squares. The electrical is run through pvc pipe. The pvc is put into the forms before pouring. Electrical utility boxes are attached to the pvc pipe every 8'. After curing the cement is coated on the inside with Westroc 90 cement base. Finish is th en put on with drywall compound. Dry wall compound is put directly onto cement after t he westroc 90. The plastic strips imbedded in the Styrofoam allow brick ties or siding to b e put on the exterior. This system also allows stucco to be applied. The cement should cu re for a month or more before plastering. This system maybe up to 2 to three times mo re energy efficient then conventional stick frame construction. It also should be less expensive than stick frame construction. The Styrofoam concrete system can be applied to residential or commercial building. Another great advantage is the walls are fire proof, tornado proof, earth quake proof, bullet proof, sound proof, and flood proof.
