The control unit (71) controls the vibrators (20, 30) so as to vibrate at different intensities in a predetermined pattern. The pattern setting unit (72) carries out settings for switching to a right-turn pattern when right-turn information is to be provided or to a left-turn pattern when left-turn information is to be provided. The right-turn pattern includes at least a pattern of transitioning from a state in which the left side vibrates to a state in which both sides vibrate to a state in which the right side vibrates in said order.
