<p>An automotive reservoir arrangement is provided which, in a preferred embodiment, includes a reservoir body (11) capable of holding fluid to a first elevation (10), a vent cap (12) connected with the reservoir body above the first elevation, a conduit (33) connected with the reservoir body at a level below the first elevation, a cylinder (44) fluidly connected with the conduit at a second elevation (20) below the first elevation, a filler tube (55) sealably slidably inserted within the cylinder being biased to extend to a third elevation (30) higher than the first elevation, and a cap (37) for sealing the filler tube and for engaging with the cylinder to retain the filler tube at a fourth elevation (40) below the first elevation. <IMAGE></p> |
