PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate and a device for baking food, capable of increasing hygienic working environment and safety and improving the baking performance versatility and productivity of baked foods. SOLUTION: This device is obtained by the following process: forming a baking part 2a comprising many recessed baking parts set with spaces at the center of a heating metal plate 1, setting plural dividing projections 3 in the baking part 20 to divide the baking part into plural blocks, setting a surrounding projection 4 around the baking part sequentially with the dividing projections, having a food baking plate 10a sequentially installed with a flat part 5 around the surrounding projection, forming the outer periphery of the flat part 5 as an inclined side surface 7 and setting a flat baking surface on the recessed part adjacently; a receiving groove (removable) for food, oil, and the like, is set on the outer periphery of a machine frame upper part of the food baking device exchangeably set with the food baking plate 10a on the machine frame upper part including heating a device, and an under rim part of the outer periphery of the food baking plate 2a is set at the upper side of the receiving groove.
