PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being unable to perform coping treatment since driving operation of respective hydraulic actuators cannot be performed at this time in a safety device of a work machine for immobilizing the driving operation of the respective hydraulic actuators by stopping supply of pressure oil to the respective hydraulic actuators from a hydraulic pressure source by a driving stopping means in an abnormal state such as detecting operation of the hydraulic actuators by an operation detecting means though an operation signal of an operation command means or a driving signal of a control valve driving means is not outputted. SOLUTION: A first driving stopping releasing means is provided for releasing the driving stopping means when outputting the operation signal from the operation command means corresponding the hydraulic actuators other than the operation detected hydraulic actuators after stopping the operation of the respective hydraulic actuators by the driving stopping means by receiving the operation signal of the operation command means and a signal from the driving stopping means to allow the driving operation of the respective hydraulic actuators, and to enable operation of the coping treatment.
