PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film, of which the manufacturing is easy, a manufacturing method of the functional film, and a grounding method of the functional film. SOLUTION: The functional film 1 is constituted with laminating formation of two or more layers, which contain an electric conductive layer 5 in at least a surface side of a film substrate 2, and is adhered to a face side 8 of a display device 7. An electric conductive layer exposed part 11 for grounding, which does not form a layer 6 of the surface side from the above electric conduction layer 5, is formed in a surface area c corresponding to the portion, which separated from the effective screen 8a of the face side 8 of the display device 7 among this functional film 1.
