METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GIVING SHEET BENDING DIRECTION

PURPOSE: A device for giving a sheet bending direction is provided to give a bending direction even when the interval between many bending rules in the sheets, is different according to the sort of processed sheets. CONSTITUTION: The device has the processes of:supplying a sheet(a) forming many bending lines(a2) to a certain processing position; placing each bending processing tool(21-16, 31-36) along the bending rule on the face that becomes the inside of bending part when bending the sheet along each bending rule; changing the bending processing tools in the direction of bending the sheet along each bending rule; and reducing the interval between each bending processing tool to the regular ratio, according to the reduced amount in a length direction.
