PURPOSE: A non-ground leakage current removing device effectively removes a leakage current and static electricity without a direct ground, and thus prevents a malfunction of the device. CONSTITUTION: The non-ground leakage current removing device connects many peak voltage devices in series, thereby performing a natural discharge. By the natural discharge, all leakage current and all static electricity can be removed without a grounding, thus preventing a malfunction of the device.
