PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus enabling setting a best composition in a short time without a complicated user operation.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus for imaging a user includes: an imaging unit for imaging the user; a display processing unit which displays a selection screen to cause the user to select, from a plurality of trimming ranges, one trimming range which is a range to trim a pair of imaged image captured by the imaging unit; an instruction reception unit which accepts the selection of an imaging range on the selection screen; and a trimming processing unit which performs trimming processing on the image imaged by the imaging unit, on the basis of the trimming range selected by the instruction reception unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
