AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH DECONTAMINATING AND CARBON DIOXIDE ELIMINATING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously secure the safety of air quality in an object chamber at all times and to minimize a running cost and a maintenance cost required for the continuous operation of a decontaminating device.

SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system comprises the decontaminating device 6 for eliminating toxic substance such as biological/chemical agents, and contaminants included in passing air; a carbon dioxide eliminating device 5 eliminating carbon dioxide in the passing air; an air conditioner 4 regulating the temperature and humidity of the passing air; an outside air intake line A for taking outside air into an object chamber 1 to be air-conditioned sequentially through the decontaminating device and the air conditioner; and a circulating line B for circulating the air in the object chamber into the object chamber sequentially through the carbon dioxide eliminating device and the air conditioner. The outside air is supplied into the object chamber through the outside air intake line according to the amount of air discharged from the object chamber. The interior of the object chamber is thereby maintained to positive pressure higher than outside air pressure.
