PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for determining whether external equipment is a proper external diagnostic device or an improper electronic accessory.SOLUTION: An identifier acquisition unit 6 acquires an identifier of external equipment 2 connected to an interface 3. A recording unit 10 records the identifier of the external equipment 2 connected to the interface 3 during a previous trip period. A reading unit 7 reads the identifier of the external equipment, which is connected during the previous trip period, from the recording unit 10. A comparison unit 8 compares the acquired identifier of the external equipment 2 with the identifier of the external equipment 2 connected during the previous trip period. If the identifiers are found to be consistent with each other during comparison processing performed a predetermined times by the comparison unit 8, a decision unit 9 decides that the external equipment having the identifier is not a proper diagnostic device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
