PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which a lever switch is prevented from being damaged when assembling a switch operation device, the type of the lever switch is not limited, assembly workability of the switch operation device is improved and cost is reduced.SOLUTION: A switch operation device comprises a lever switch 7 which is fixed to an exterior cover 1 of a digital cover and outputs a detecting signal by operating a lever part 7a, an operating member 2 which is assembled to the exterior cover 1 to be rotationally operable and includes operation pieces 2a, 2b which are operated by pressing the lever part 7a in an operating direction through the rotational operation, and a click spring 9 which is assembled to the exterior cover 1 together with the operating member 2 while being held in a click grooves 2c-1, 2c-2 of the operating member 2 and is fitted and fixed to click ribs 1b, 1c of the exterior cover 1 while being assembled. The operating member 2 is disposed at such a position that the operation pieces 2a, 2b are separated from the lever part 7a in a rotational operating direction when assembled to the exterior cover 1. |
