PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device and the like capable of, when failures and the like occur in any one unit or module connected to a data bus, re-configuring a function given to the module configuring the failure unit or the failure module before the failures occur, in an available unit, and of switching logical connection to a connection state that depends on the re-configuration.SOLUTION: When failures occur in any one unit or module, a switching part 4 in a communication management device 20 retrieves a unit having a free band larger than a band occupied by a module belonging to the failure unit or the failure module on the basis of band information 6. The switching part 4 re-configures the module before the failures occur on the basis of module information 19 in the retrieved unit with the free band, updates a connection destination of the re-configured module in connection information 5, and switches the connection on the basis of the updated connection information 5. |
