FIRING SHEET FOR CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing sheet 10 in which impurities do not remain in a groove 21 of a fired ceramic substrate 20; a very thin ceramic substrate 20 can be fired without producing warps and waves; and the quality of the ceramic substrate 20 can be kept high.

SOLUTION: The firing sheet comprises an organic fiber in an amount of 3-50 wt.% in terms of dry weight and an inorganic fiber 11 as the balance and has a basis weight of 10-100 g/m2.
