Disclosed are a rubber frame, a display device and an assembly method thereof. The rubber frame comprises a limiting part (11) and a supporting part (13), wherein the limiting part (11) is in a rectangle shape and limits a region for fixing a display screen (2), the supporting part (13) extends perpendicular to the limiting part (11) so as to support the display screen (2), and the display screen (2) comprises a first panel (21) and a second panel (22) fitted with the first panel (21). The rubber frame further comprises a fixing assembly (12) provided between the limiting part (11) and the display screen (2), and a fixing surface of the fixing assembly (12) is at least in contact with a side surface of the first panel (21). The rubber frame is capable of fixing the display screen (2) in a steadier way so as to prevent the display screen (2) from damages caused by the collision to the rubber frame. |
