摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing inorganic hollow microspheres, having the following steps: (a) providing a gas flow (G) in a microchannel; (b) providing a flow of an aqueous phase (W) containing water and at least one inorganic precursor compound; providing a flow of an oil phase (O) containing a non-polar solvent and at least one surfactant; (d) combining the gas flow (G) and the flow of the aqueous phase (W) in a first dispersion zone, whereby the gas flow (G) separates and a flow of dispersed gas bubbles is formed in a continuous aqueous phase (G/W emulsion); (e) combining the flow of dispersed gas bubbles in the continuous aqueous phase (G/W emulsion) and the flow of the oil phase (O) in a second dispersion zone, whereby the flow of dispersed gas bubbles in the continuous aqueous phase (G/W emulsion) is constricted such that a flow of dispersed drops, each of which encloses a gas bubble, of the aqueous phase is formed in a continuous oil phase (G/W/O emulsion); (f) activating at least one part of the at least one inorganic precursor compound, whereby a polyaddition and/or polycondensation reaction is triggered in the dispersed drops of the aqueous phase (W), and the inorganic hollow microspheres are formed from the dispersed drops, each of which encloses a gas bubble, of the aqueous phase with the involvement of the at least one inorganic precursor compound; and (g) insulating the inorganic hollow microspheres.
