PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device which allows the manufacture of the reflection electrode parts of the reflection type liquid crystal display device with simper constitution and stages than heretofore and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: A photosetting resin film 6 is applied on an insulating substrate 1 and is subjected to photoirradiation via a mask allowing the transmission of only the parts to be formed projecting shapes, by which the projecting shapes are formed in a self-forming manner. A metallic film 9 to constitute reflection electrodes is formed thereon, by which the reflection electrodes not requiring a heat treatment, etc., are manufactured. |
