INTERNAL STERILIZING METHOD OF ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing method of an aseptic filling machine which sufficiently sterilizes the inside of the aseptic filling machine before the content filling operation.

SOLUTION: In the sterilizing method, a packaging material 10 is conveyed by a conveying device 6 within an area 4 to be maintained in an aseptic state, and the packaging material is formed in a packaging shape by a forming device 7 installed in the area 4. The packaging material is applied to the aseptic filling machine 1 for filling the content in the packaging material in the middle of the forming process, and the area 4 is sterilized as a preparation work before starting the content filling work. The area 4 is sterilized by feeding a sterilizing agent to the area 4 while conveying the packaging material 10 by the conveying device 6.
