PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor in which an occurrence of an abnormal noise at an edit point can be reduced without requiring a process for decoding a voice signal in editing a coded voice signal. SOLUTION: A record reproducing part reproduces the voice signal coded in accordance with normalization information for controlling an amplitude value for the voice signal and the voice signal string including the normalization information. A normalization information altering part alters the normalization information for the reproduced voice signal string. At least one out of the first normalization information and the second normalization information is altered by the normalization information altering part so that the value for first normalization information corresponding to the first coded voice signal for the first voice signal string of the reproduced voice signal string matches to the value for second normalization information corresponding to the second coded voice signal for the second voice signal string of the reproduced voice signal string.
