FIELD: gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball valves and is intended for supply and cutoff as high-temperature and low-temperature gases, in particular, in pneumatic systems of aircrafts. In the housing 1 of the ball valve is installed ball gate 2 interacting with two sides with metal seats 3 and 4. Seats are made in the form of thin-wall conical funnels with supports 6 and 9. Inlet funnel has a flange 5 at the end of smaller diameter and tightly secured larger diameter on support 6 input tip 7. Funnel at the output of smaller diameter is tightly connected with the support 9, tightly clamped at large diameter between case 1 and outlet nozzle 11. On supports 6 and 9 of seats 3 and 4 at attachment points with funnels are conical surface with angle smaller than the angle of cone funnel seats 3 and 4.EFFECT: higher tightness and reliability of valve.1 cl, 3 dwg |
