The invention relates to a floor cable channel (10) for positioning a cable line element (34) on an underlying surface and for protecting the cable line element (34) from the effects of external forces, comprising the following: a first channel element (12a) and a second channel element (12b) for receiving the cable line element (34); and a connection element (16) for connecting the first channel element (12a) to the second channel element (12b) at the end faces (28a, 28b) of the first channel element (12a) and the second channel element (12b), wherein the connection element (16) is articulated and allows the first channel element (12a) to rotate relative to the second channel element (12b) about a rotational axis (18) orthogonal to a first longitudinal axis (14a) of the first channel element (12a) and orthogonal to a second longitudinal axis (14b) of the second channel element (12b), and by means of the rotational movement, the floor cable channel (10) can be brought into a transport position in which the channel elements (12a, 12b) are parallel to each other and into an operating position in which the channel elements (12a, 12b) are arranged one behind the other along their longitudinal axes (14a, 14b). The invention is characterized in that the first channel element (12a) and the second channel element (12b) are in contact at the mutually facing end faces (28a, 28b) of the channel elements in the operating position in order to achieve a self-locking function of the channel elements relative to each other in the operating position. The invention additionally relates to a floor antenna (28) for use in measuring time during sporting events and to a time measuring system (46) for measuring time during sporting events. |
