PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas injection molding device, in which the abnormality in the action of an ON-OFF valve is detected before the of the development of defects in a molded product due to the abnormal supplying of gas occurs. SOLUTION: ON-OFF valves with controllers 13 and 21 are provided on gas passages 10 and 20 equipped to a gas injection molding device 1. In order to detect the ON-OFF action of the valves, limit switches 16, 17, 23 and 24 are mounted to the ON-OFF valves 13 and 21. The ON-OFF speeds of the ON-OFF valves 13 and 21 are detected with these limit switches 16, 17, 23 and 24, which sound alarms when their ON-OFF speeds are slow. Thus, the poor actions of the ON-OFF valves 13 and 21 are detected in their early stages, resulting in preventing the development of defects in a molded product due to the abnormal supplying of gas from occurring before a situation such as the impossibility of a gas injection molding due to the impossibility of the normal supplying of gas develops. |
