PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus capable of manufacturing a rubber roll or tube having no joint mark and having a uniform composition. SOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus for molding a single-layer or multi-layer rubber roll or tube is equipped with a guide passage for splicing a rubber compound to form a cylindrical shape, a diameter contracting processing passage for contracting the rubber compound spliced into a cylindrical shape and a die part 18 for applying pressure molding to the cylindrical rubber compound passed through the diameter contracting processing passage. A stirring means 11 rotated in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical rubber compound to stirr the cylindrical rubber compound is arranged in the guide passage or the diameter contracting processing passage.
