<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit of an indoor machine of an air conditioner and an indoor machine of an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchange unit 5 of an indoor machine of an air conditioner is equipped with: an indoor heat exchanger 50; a side plate 54; an auxiliary pipe 51; and a first pipe fixing member 57. The side plate 54 is mounted on a side face of the heat exchanger 50. The auxiliary pipe 51 is extended from the heat exchanger 50.
