PURPOSE: An umbrella with a case is provided to facilitate storage by using a handle part as a cover of case, to be used as a case for storing objects when the umbrella was fold, and to facilitate manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella with a case comprises: a covered part(10) protecting a user from rainwater; ribs(30) for supporting the covered part; a pillar section(50) connected with the ribs; a case cover part included in the bottom of the pillar section; and a case body portion(90) combined on the upper end of the case cover part to store the covered part, the ribs, and the pillar section in inner part. The bottom part of the case cover part is combined with a case body portion to be used as a handle.
