An apparatus for attaching a chassis with a plasma display panel is provided to enhance work efficiency by performing successive processes while moving a chassis at a constant speed. An apparatus for attaching a chassis with a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) includes a shuttle conveyor, a tape supplying unit(120), a tape gripping unit, a tape cutting unit(140), and a tape attaching robot(150). The shuttle conveyor supports the chassis for the PDP at respective process positions and moves the chassis. The tape supplying unit supplies a tape(T) to be attached to the chassis. The tape gripping unit, which is implemented adjacent to the tape supplying unit, grips the tape supplied from the tape supplying unit. The tape cutting unit cuts the griped tape with a constant length. The tape attaching robot moves the cut tape to the chassis and attaches the cut tape on an attaching position.
