MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY SHEET FOR PRESS FORMING EXCELLENT IN SHARPNESS

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture an aluminum alloy sheet of excellent sharpness and appearance excepting painting by specifying a rolling reduction amount in the case of rolling the aluminum alloy sheet for press forming with the use of a rolling roll subjected to laser machining. CONSTITUTION:In the case of rolling and adjusting the surface property of a sheet by using the rolling roll subjected to the surface adjustment by laser machining, the rolling reduction is taken in <=20mum. The generation of a herringbone can thus be prevented and an aluminum alloy sheet for forming of excellent sharpness and appearance can be manufactured.
