<p>PURPOSE:To effect reasonably heat adhesion in temporary joining to prevent a thin string from coming out of a joiner by molding the joiner while the tips of both ends of a second string between first strings are projecting to the outside of the joiner. CONSTITUTION:A first string 1 is looped to join temporarily both ends 1A, 1A sandwiching overlappingly both ends 2A, 2A of a second string 2 similarly looped and consisting of thin strings. The temporarily joined portions are loaded in cavities 11A, 12A of upper and lower molds 11, 12 and synthetic resin fills the cavities. Then, the first and second strings 1, 2 consisting of thick string and thin strings are held in the molds 11, 12 while the projecting tips 2X of ends 2A, 2A of the second string 2 are projecting to the outside of the synthetic resin molding part. The projecting tips 2X are adapted to project from the temporarily joined portion to the first string 1 side, so that the synthetic resin joiner 3 is molded.</p> |
