The arrangement includes one or several electrodes for reducing and/or concentrating the electric field. These are arranged at all possible electrostatic drives. The driving elements (1, 2) and the driven elements (4) can be exchanged arbitrarily. Outer electrodes keep the electric field concentrated in the interior. The electrodes preferably have an asymmetrical configuration with respect to the radius, to receive higher powers in one direction, especially for an autonomous starting.
