PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient electric parts in which ion transfers between electrodes. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the electric parts in which ion moves between electrodes, an ion conductive polymer layer 2 being dissolved with the ion is formed on an electrode substance layer 12 of at least one of an electrode structure 1 of a pair of the electrode structures 1 which consists of the electrode material layer 12 formed in a collector material 11. The ion conductive polymer layer 2 is arrayed with the pair of the electrode structures 1 face to face so that the collector material 11 is placed outside, and is contained in a container section 4. The electrolyte is poured into inside of the container section.
