PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which inhibits unnecessary deformation of a heater while achieving thickness reduction of a pad.SOLUTION: A seat includes: a seat back pad P2 (a pad) including a ventilation passage 20 for passing air; and a sheet-like seat back heater H2 (a heater) which is disposed on a seating person side surface of the seat back pad P2. The seat back pad P2 includes: a back pad body 21 having a hole part 213 which is recessed on the seating person side surface; and a film-like member 24 which is disposed so as to cover the hole part 213 and forms a part of the ventilation passage 20 with the hole part 213.
