Provided is a cooling plate having a channel for the cooling water absorbing the heat of a heat radiator to reduce the temperature deviation of a cooling plate, thereby lowering the danger of deformation due to thermal stress. A cooling plate(100) is provided a channel(110) of which volume of a central part(112) is larger than that of an inlet part(111) of cooling water and an outlet part(113) so as to allow the flux of cooling water passing the central part to be relatively larger. Preferably the volume of the channel of the outlet part is larger than that of the inlet prat. Preferably the cooling water is arranged so as to flow vertically from the inlet to the outlet.
