PURPOSE:To perform stable image output at a high speed by providing a means controlling the driving signal of the bias of laser modulated in pulse width corresponding to a characteristic parameter. CONSTITUTION:An exposure scanning device 15 controls the exposure energy of the peak of laser and the driving signal of the bias thereof corresponding to the temp. and humidity data M from a temp. and humidity sensor 28 and the count value K of color image formation from the count means on a control circuit 29. A photosensitive sheet 11 is irradiated with laser beam 1 to form an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive sheet 11 and the irradiated photosensitive sheet is pressed to sponge impregnated with a dispersing medium of a developer by a pre-wetting device 31 to be pre-wetted. When the front end of the photosensitive sheet 11 reaches the position opposed to a developing electrode 16, a yellow developer is supplied to the gap between the developing electrode 16 and the photosensitive sheet 11 to form a visible yellow monochromatic image. The same process is performed with respect to magenta, cyan and black to form a full-color image. |
