<p>PURPOSE: A balance weight, a balance weight ingot, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a steel sludge which belongs to a waste material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a balance weight comprises the following steps: a step for preparing a mold(110) in which a shape of a balance weight is formed; a step for filling a balance weight composite formed by mixing a binder 1~99weight% to a waste steel sludge 1~99weight% generated in manufacturing a steel product in a mold; a step for removing a sludge aperture included inside the balance weight composite by pressing the balance weight composite by a press; and a step for drying the balance weight composite.</p> |
