PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwell plate and a microwell device which are capable of individually allowing a large number of cells to react with assay reagent by each single cell and analyzing the cells, a cell analysis method in which a large number of cells can be simply separated by each single cell and the cell can be high-sensitivity analyzed by using the microwell device of the present invention, and a manufacturing method of a microwell plate in which the microwell plate of the present invention can be stably obtained.SOLUTION: In a microwell plate of the present invention, the microwells comprise a first zone for capturing a single cell, and a second zone provided while communicating with the first zone, the volume of the second zone is larger than the volume of the first zone, and the communication is constituted such that a cell captured in the first zone will not drop into the second zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
