FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy, production of ligation titanium alloys of high quality. SUBSTANCE: method to produce based on vanadium ligatures provides for smelt heating, its cooling and crystallization. Smelt heating is exercised till temperature of real solution of 2070 - 2270 K, hold it for 10 - 20 minutes and cool with speed of 1 - 10 K/s. Method allows to modify ligation titanium alloys bearing vanadium without introduction of other additions and provides additional refining of ligature from metal impurities. EFFECT: increased quality of ligated titanium alloys. |
