PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device with improved visibility. SOLUTION: A display means 18 is divided into at least a first area 31 and a second area 32 arranged laterally, and a road map around a vehicle, a present position 33a of the vehicle, and a guided route 34 to a destination are displayed in the first area 31, while a route chart of a simplified guided route is displayed in the second area 32. In the route chart, the guided route is arranged vertically, while the vehicle present position 33b and principal landmarks existing on the guided route 34 in the first area 31 are arranged on the guided route in the route chart, and the landmarks are displayed laterally with the vehicle advancing direction set upward. |
