PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information concerning a mobile station device in a mobile wireless communication system in which base station devices Q1-QM communicate with mobile station devices P1-PN by air. SOLUTION: A base station device transmits by air a management response request signal requesting a response to a mobile station device managed, transmits by air non-management response request signal requesting a response to the mobile station device not managed, and receives a response signal transmitted by air from the mobile station device. The mobile station device transmits by air a response signal to the base station device in response to a reception of the management response request signal for the mobile station device itself, and when the management response request signal for the device itself is not received, the mobile station device transmits by air the response signal to the base station device in response to the reception of the non-management response request signal.
