PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum pump capable of axially orienting at least one permanent magnetic ring in at least one permanent magnetic supporting portion of a vacuum pump by a simple method.SOLUTION: In a vacuum pump having a rotor and a stator, and having at least one permanent magnetic supporting portion, the permanent magnetic supporting portion is formed to support the rotor and the stator rotatably in opposite directions, and a carrier portion for at least one magnetic ring, is disposed at the stator side. The carrier portion (80) having at least one magnetic ring (48) is formed as the carrier portion (80) of which an axial position can be adjusted without decomposing the supporting portion (44).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
