TUBE GIRDER FILLED WITH CONCRETE

摘要

A steel pipe girder filled with concrete is provided to cut down expenses by reducing material, to decrease the construction period by precasting a steel pipe filled with concrete, and to improve the structural rigidity by connecting the steel pipes firmly. A steel pipe girder includes an anchor plate(102), a steel pipe socket(104), a steel rod(106), a socket fitting unit(108), an assembling plate(110), a nut, a blocking plate, and a filler. The anchor plate is installed at the end of a steel pipe(100) to close the steel pipe, and the steel pipe socket is inserted to the steel pipe, filled with concrete and contacted to the anchor plate. The steel rod is protruded into the steel pipe socket, and connected to the anchor plate. The steel pipe is closed by the assembling plate, and the steel rod is combined with the nut through a hole of the assembling plate. The steel pipe is closed by the blocking plate, and the filler is charged in a space formed by the steel pipe, the assembling plate and the blocking plate. The steel pipes are connected successively by inserting the steel pipe socket to the socket fitting unit. A couple of outer joint plates(130) are combined with each other by surrounding the socket fitting unit and the steel pipe.
